Trailer Sales of New York sells Deckover Flatbed Trailers in GVWR's ranging from 10,000 lbs. to 25,000 lbs. These trailers are built with I-beam main frames. The frame and tongue are one continuous beam with the tongue cold formed and a press for the ultimate in strength and reliability. Running gears are available with 10,000 lb., 14,000 lb., 16,000 lb., and 25,000 lb. GVWR ratings. We offer 2 grades - Regular and Premium.
Regular models are built with a lighter I-beam main frame than the Premium models. Cross members on 24-inch centers. A dovetail and swing up loading ramps with a support foot are included. There are stake pockets with rub rail, and a drop foot jack. A toolbox in the tongue is not included on the Regular models.
Premium models include all available upgrades. Premium Deckover Flatbed Trailers are built with a heavier frame, closer cross member spacing and heavier side rails. A heavy duty drop foot jack, heavy duty adjustable coupler, and spring assist on the ramps are added features. In addition, these Premium Deckover Flatbed Trailers come with a high quality US made cold weather sealed wiring harness, rubber mounted LED lights in protective boxes and a tool box with lockable lid built into the tongue. Trailer Sales of New York’s light duty REGULAR 10000 GVWR Deckover Flatbed Trailer is built with a continuous cold formed 8″ I-beam main frame and tongue with 3″ channel cross members on 25″ centers and a 4″ outer rail with stake pockets and rub rail. The bed length is 16′ of flat with a 4′ dovetail. The running gear features two 5,200 lb. 6 lug axles with 225/75 R15 load range E radial tires. We use a steel plate over the tires for added durability in this high stress area and to minimize the deck height for easy loading of equipment. Standard features include a 2 5/16″ adjustable ball or pintle ring coupler and a 12K drop foot jack. There are stake pockets with rub rail the full length of the bed. Flooring is pressure treated wood. A 4′ dovetail with swing up loading ramps makes loading your equipment easy. Conventional wiring with rubber mounted sealed beam lights and skip reflective tape finish out our entry level Regular 10000 GVWR flatbed trailer.

The bed length is 18′ of flat with a 5′ dovetail. The running gear features two 7,000 lb. heavy duty 8 lug axles with heavy duty slipper spring suspension. Standard tires are 235/80 R16 load range E radials. We recommend our all steel G range tire upgrade for only $400 extra. We use a steel plate over the tires for added durability in this high stress area and to minimize the deck height for easy loading of equipment. Our heavy duty PREMIUM 25000 GVWR Deckover Flatbed Trailer has a frame and tongue made of a continuous cold formed 12″ I-beam. Crossmembers are 3″ channel on 16″ centers and heavy duty 6″ channel outer rails. Standard length is 25′ with optional lengths available. Call for additional lengths. The running gear features heavy duty tandem dual 10,000 lb. oil bath axles with long lasting slipper spring suspension and 235/80 R16 load range E radial tires. Standard features include an adjustable pintle ring, a 12K drop foot jack, a toolbox with lockable lid, and stake pockets and rub rails along with pressure treated wood flooring. The dovetail is 5′ with spring assisted, cleated, swing up loading ramps.
