Our Premium 7000 GVWR Diamond Floor Tilt Car Trailer has a 5″x2″ rectangular tubing main frame. The tongue is also 5″x2″ rectangular tubing and runs underneath the main frame back to the axles. The tongue is hinged at the axles. A battery powered hydraulic pump gives smooth power up and power down action. Crossmembers are 3″ channel on 16″ centers. The diamond plate bed length is 18′ – which is 14′ of flat with a 4′ dovetail and knife edge toe plates. Ramps are not needed for loading. Running gear is two 3,500 lb. e-z lube 5 lug axles with brakes on both, and 205/75 R15 load range C radial tires. Additional standard features are an a-frame 2 5/16″ coupler, swing up jack, and teardrop fenders. There are stake pockets with full length rub rail on the outside, as well as six recessed d-rings on the floor for multiple tie down options. The lights are lifetime rubber mounted sealed beam LED’s with a premium US made cold weather wiring harness and full reflective tape.
