Trailer Sales of New York offers Wood Floor Car Trailers in multiple lengths and weight ratings. These trailers are built with all channel iron frames. The main frame is 5-inch channel with 3-inch channel cross members and a 4-inch or 5-inch channel tongue depending on weight rating. We offer 2 grades - Regular and Premium.
Regular models feature cross members on 24-inch centers, stake pockets, but no rub rail, and rear mounted slide in loading ramps. There is a 2-foot dovetail, which helps with the loading transition onto the flat part of the bed.
Premium models include the following upgrades: closer cross member spacing, rub rail on the stake pockets, and a premium US made cold weather wiring harness, rubber mounted LED lights in protective boxes. These Wood Floor Car Trailers feature premium Dexter brand axles and premium Westlake radial tires with increased ply weight ratings. Our Premium Wood Floor Trailers are not only great for hauling your automobile, but also are popular for compact tractors and side by sides.

Running gear is two 3,500 lb. e-z lube 5 lug axles with brakes on both, and 205/75 R15 load range C radial tires. Additional standard features are an a-frame 2 5/16″ coupler, swing up jack, and diamond plate fenders. The stake pockets are on the outside of the frame. The lights are rubber mounted sealed beam with conventional wiring and skip spacing reflective tape. We use pressure treated long lasting wood flooring.
